GetHuman-shaunalo: i have lost all my conversations since having a new number
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-shaunalo: my friends daughter deleted the app by accident and everything has gone, it happened before when i had my old number but everything came back, now i put my new number in and there was nothing there, i had over * years worth of conversations on my phone and they are all gone which is very disappointing!!!!

GetHuman-shaunalo: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-shaunalo: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WhatsApp's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-shaunalo: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other WhatsApp customers?
GetHuman-shaunalo: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WhatsApp to know who you are.
