~Joanss: I am on my ** call. Every time the fix a problem wite bill something else goes wrong. They sold me something with false information and said I can't go back to old plan because it is not available. Have had only on reasonably intelligent customer service agent. The rest did not know what they were doing and no one calls you back when they say they are going to.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Windstream. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Windstream problem?
~Joanss: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Joanss: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Windstream's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Joanss: For that I would say five out of five.

~Joanss: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Windstream to know who you are.
