~Susan Goggans : My account was hacked (with my appropriate email below name. After I reported, hers was suspended but mine too. I don't know this African woman.

~Susan Goggans : I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Susan Goggans : I'd give them a two out of five on communication.

~Susan Goggans : For that I would say one out of five.
