~use2tincans: Our small business is LOSING MONEY and potential customers. Have been without our two main business phone lines for two weeks as of today. We can't take credit card payments because our system is set to the two main numbers. It took a full day before tech was even assigned. They have called twice to confirm that issue is resolved when it is not. Same recorded status "update" says that what service we do have will be affected by them trying to find the original problem. They have not even been to our location, apparently thinking fairy magic will correct the problem and we'll think they actuallly did their job. "
