~R.John Atkinson: my yahoo mail keep asking for a code for security but it only sends a message to * phone nos. that are now obsolete. I told the "helper" my new phone no.*he spent *'* an hour mucking about with my PC but nothing ha changed. The helpers no. was an **** no. but it didn't show on my phone bill-very odd-help!

~R.John Atkinson: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yahoo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~R.John Atkinson: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Yahoo customers?
~R.John Atkinson: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Yahoo to know who you are.
