~anne: I have logged * hours trying to resolve a simple return. The store lost my returned package for a month. They they shipped it back to me without my original receipt. Now, they are saying that they never return packages without the receipt so there's nothing they can do. I have gotten passed on from one "case manager" to another for the last two months with no resolution. Unclear, inconsistent store policies. Worst customer service I have experienced.

~anne: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~anne: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Zara's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anne: For that I would say two out of five.
