~JM: Yup. It was afternoon, on November 16th.
GetHuman: Did you reach out to eBay, and if so, how?
~JM: I used a help page I found on the GetHuman eBay customer service contact info page: Contact eBay Customer Service
GetHuman: And which of these common eBay customer issues best describes the reason you wanted to talk to them?

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's eBay customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~JM: rating is because of ebay help: hard to understand off shore CS and lots of transfers* each transfer had to take a lot of time to read communication from previous on line and then try to understand, which they barely could HOverver the callback system from get human is the way to go* each time they called back within about *.* minutes whereas direct call to ebay was twenty minutes. There is a slight delay in connecting *-* seconds and then you get a person, no phone tree. Gethuman is great! Ebay not so great in customer service - I guess they really push their system to get you to work it out with other party directly before it escalates to CS.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting eBay. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a eBay problem?
~JM: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~JM: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eBay's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~JM: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other eBay customers?
~JM: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for eBay to know who you are.
