GetHuman-185616: Horrible!Redirected to * peple who did not know what they were talking about!Kept redirecting me to call microsoft,for a product that is liscenced under e machines ,wich microsoft will not do!!!I have ** e machines now,and will never buy another!!replacing all with toshiba,or dell due to service!!!!
