GetHuman-439165: Automated phone, web site neither would recognize my serial number. Then I called and wanted to order a restore disc the guy wouldn't do it and kept trying to send me to the web site that can't understand my serial number so I got no help at all. They **** bug time they sont care about the customer once the warranty is out.
