~Rachel sss: I can't even express how awful this company is . I filed a claim on a new phone a month ago and i called to check up on the status of when my phone should be arriving . During that call I was informed they are out of stock and to try back in two days . I called back and of course no inventory . They told me they would send me a reimbursement card to purchase a new phone . Three weeks later I'm still left phone less and without the "promised" reinbursement card. After this last call I was told it was shipped out two days ago and I'll receive it in another *-** business days . A month in a half with no phone and the worst customer service I have ever received !

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Rachel sss: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eSecuritel's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Rachel sss: For that I would say four out of five.
