GetHuman-46818: I had a really important question about a product I never received, they said I should talk to PayPal because I payed with a Visa card and transferred me to their number but every time I would*Get disconnected. I'm not sure if PayPal and eBay are combined businesses or not but I still don't know how to fix my problem
