~cjbull: buyer retracts ***.** bid after * days. Asked me to refuse his bid as he had bought same item locally. I responded ebays policy, bid is contract. ebay let him retract his bid without even consulting me, after * days now. he said he entered wrong amount. No he knows exactly what autoclaves run, he bought one local after agreeing to buy mine. ebay rep wouldn't even listen to me. I have messages from him about wanting to get out of the bid because he bought local. Leaving ebay as soon as possible. ebay ***** *** for the seller. great place for spineless, noncommittal buyers. ebay's got ya'll back.

~cjbull: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~cjbull: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eBay's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~cjbull: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other eBay customers?
~cjbull: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for eBay to know who you are.
