~unsatisfied: I was forced by cricket to go thru esecuritel to replace a dysfunctional phone. I had to pay $** for the replacement. Nobody told me I only had ** to return the old phone before my card was charged. It was charged $*** (the phone new only cost $***) I returned the old phone and have been calling for over a month to find out when I will be credited the amount back to my card. After a month of calling, they tell me Friday they will not be refunding my money because I didn't return within their ** day period. They wouldn't be refunding my money and they refused to return my phone. SCAM!
