~Tampa Jason: This is my second claim within a month due to defective equipment. I am still going to have to pay the full deductible. Being that you can only make * claims within a year, I requested they stop billing me for a service I can no longer use. After that point, they began delaying my claim processing. Required me to have a notarized affidavit proving my identity. total BS. Still waiting for my replacement...

~Tampa Jason: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Tampa Jason: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eSecuritel's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Tampa Jason: For that I would say three out of five.
