~Monk123: The customer service number listed her no longer works to get a real person, at least not this month. Instead you get stuck in an endless loop of "push *, push *". Instead you need to push **, which they don't tell you. But once you get them they're helpful and they're all American.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting iPledge. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a iPledge problem?
~Monk123: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Monk123: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~Monk123: For that I would say five out of five.
