~akurlan: I have never experienced such amazing customer service, especially via email. I received a quick and very thorough response and they gave me what I wanted and needed without me having to even ask for it. Not only that, but they followed up the next day to ensure that their support had helped me resolve my problem. This is by far the best customer service experience I've ever had.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting iTunes. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a iTunes problem?
~akurlan: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~akurlan: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about iTunes's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~akurlan: For that I would say five out of five.

~akurlan: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for iTunes to know who you are.
