~Loomy: Kept pressing * or saying "representative" until I got a live person. She was in Chicago (easy to understand), and had a fix for me right away, even if it was a tad silly- iTunes wasn't accepting my credit card do to an earlier error in my zip code. I had to reset it by interning a different cards info, then switching back to my card I wanted. Worked but not if you only have one debit*credit card. For all the technology apple has....

~Loomy: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Loomy: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about iTunes's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Loomy: For that I would say four out of five.

~Loomy: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for iTunes to know who you are.
