~kat2walk's review of iTunes customer service
GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's iTunes customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~kat2walk: I have called more numbers than you can count for technical support for a simple problem. The only time I spoke to a human was a woman named Jasmine. She led me to believe my problem would be solved tonight. Meanwhile she sold me a whole bunch of service plans which I will cancel tomorrow. I am amazed and disappointed with Apple. Would not buy the phone and especially any service again.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting iTunes. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a iTunes problem?
~kat2walk: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~kat2walk: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about iTunes's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~kat2walk: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other iTunes customers?
~kat2walk: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for iTunes to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~kat2walk taken from his iTunes customer service problem that occurred on November 9th, 2017.
