GetHuman-310259: Lousy ** days of Christmas FREE gift a huge joke! My iPad was in Chineses,,,had to wait & go to * different cities to get one in English! Lost * days of gifts,then from day * yesterday this morning had Day **????? Have * downloaded * gifts Hugo & what do I want with Sesame Street with * dead grandchildren & others grown? & insane noise CDs? No choices, lost days,Apple could not help,,,,they could not even get my better iPad from Chinese to English! Totally & completely disappointed with both companies! Happy new year!
