~Steve: "Track order" was why I was trying to call.

~Steve's review of iTunes customer service

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's iTunes customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Steve: They were no help at all unless I wanted to pay for live help. I paid for all of the iTunes that are on my computer but now they want more money to fix my problem. My old computer crashed. I got a new computer and authorized it. iTunes would not find and transfer the files. I manually moved the music, movies etc to the new computer from my external hard drive. When I go to play anything it always asks me to authorize it for this computer then says it already IS authorized, then will not play it.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting iTunes. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a iTunes problem?
~Steve: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Steve: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about iTunes's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Steve: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other iTunes customers?
~Steve: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for iTunes to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~Steve taken from his iTunes customer service problem that occurred on November 17th, 2017.
