~jilian55: I have always been cynical about us, Americans outsourcing our jobs to third world countries. Not only are we deprived of respectable and good-paying jobs but we also have to bear the grunt of immense cultural differences! For example, just the other day I ran into this tech support company iyogi. The motherboard on my laptop crashed and when I searched for tech support online, they showed up first on the list. I had a hard time trying to explain them my issue and from what I could gather in the end, I found out that iyogi could not resolve my issue because they did not provide computer hardware support! Total waste of time and energy.

~jilian55: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~jilian55: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about iYogi's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jilian55: For that I would say five out of five.
