~Randy: I have called * numbers to get help and I have been told each time that my hold time would be * or * minutes and after ** minutes each time I finally hung up. No person ever came to the phone. This is the worst customer service line I have ever called in my life. Based on this I would not recommend anyone buy anything that has a Briggs and Stratton motor on it.

~Randy: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Randy: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Briggs & Stratton's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Randy: For that I would say four out of five.
