~Sunshine: Had to pay over **.** for records that were filled with duplicates and triplicates of the same pages and some pages even blank. Record now where near complete as I requested. Sorry service and now my new doctor is still missing half the records needed from history. If your doctor uses this service, I feel sorry for you if you switch docs and need records.
