~RJL: I have had a request for records from HealthPort for over * months. During this time only one supervisor has returned my call...several days late. When I returned the call, I had to leave a voice mail message. NOw I am trying to get in touch again since yesterday. This is the most unresponsive company I have ever had to deal with. Even doctors and doctors employees have told me they are a big problem.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting HealthPort Inc.. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a HealthPort Inc. problem?
~RJL: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~RJL: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HealthPort Inc.'s ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~RJL: For that I would say four out of five.

~RJL: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HealthPort Inc. to know who you are.
