~giddy grandma: Called the customer service department and was put on hold for nearly ** minutes. When they finally answered the phone I asked if ** minutes is their normal wait time. The lady on the other end said,"well its lunch time people here need to eat too, what do you want". What I wanted at the point was a manager and asked for one only to be put on hold again for another ** minutes. Even after the wait I still did not get a manager, instead I got another customer service representative that was just as rude. I hung up and called the facility directly where they were the most helpful and polite people* it was like night and day. The corporate office people do not care one bit, but the local people at my doctors office helped me with everything i needed* which was a new authorization form as my original was not filled out properly (sensitive information), which was my fault.
