~Amazing: I thought I had experienced bad service before especially when being redirected to a call center in India or the Philippians but this was the WORST EVER. The rep did not listen to a single word I said and asked me the same question over and over again proving that she did not listen to a single word I said since I had already answered her questions several times. She refused to identify herself and refused to transfer me to a supervisor. I eventually got her to identify herself after arguing with her for over *** an hour. Her name was Kara Mani and after ** minutes of arguing with her to get a supervisor she finally got the best of my temper and I screamed and hung up. I can go on and on about how terrible the service was but what's the point. I would avoid this company like the plague and I personally would not use it if it were the only web host or registrar on the planet. If that were the case I would just not have the web page. *My advice in a nutshell is simple. RUN RUN R
