~Jazmine23tl: AAA customer service is completely dissatisfying. It is my opinion that they are strictly out to collect their member premiums and have "regulations" set in place in order to not have to pay out for the services they offer. My husband is in the Marines and when I called, as his wife and POA, to take care of having our vehicle towed through his membership they insisted that he be there with the vehicle because that is their rule. **I further went on to explain that due to the fact that he is on active duty he cannot be present and they could not even extend the courtesy of allowing me, his wife, to take care of the matter in his absence while he protects the very country we live in. **The operator insisted that I take out a membership myself and PAY for the membership in order to continue with resolving our emergency. I have worked in customer service for many years and have never come across a company that would not extend a courtesy to the family of a man serving his country in an eme

~Jazmine23tl: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Jazmine23tl: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AAA's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jazmine23tl: For that I would say four out of five.

~Jazmine23tl: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AAA to know who you are.
