GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's AAA customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~SeverelyIrritatedCustomer: I called AAA for a jump start service. It is over ** minutes and still on hold. Meanwhile I went to www.aaa.com and placed a request for a jump start. The estimated wait time is *** minutes...I'm not kidding it is freaking "*** MINUTES" and I should stay in my vehicle for the next *** minutes to receive this service.*With no second thought I have decided to cancel this AAA membership first this they open the shop tomorrow morning.*I will definitely not recommend AAA to anyone, even not to my enemies.
