~the great one: I live in Northeastern Ohio, and I was transferred to a representative in California. The second three digits of your membership number are your "club code" that indicates at least which region of the country you are located in. I could see misunderstanding and sending me to a rep in Pennsylvania, but California?!?!?!?!?!?!?

~the great one: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~the great one: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AAA's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~the great one: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AAA customers?
~the great one: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AAA to know who you are.
