~Cheryl S: On March **, **** my son was killed in a Mopes accident. The following days and wwka were am unbelievable nightmare. My car hit was.damages.when I hit a small ditch in my road, where a small bump had been placed, to prevent erosion. The radiator was damages, to leaking out all water. Travelors Insurance approved repairs, pending delivery to the auto repair shop. The driver sent by Adams Towing refuaed to tow my car, leaving me trapped in my rural home, unable to attend to a.Memorial Service and meet with friends and relatives in Asheville. I had the my insurance transferred to my pickup truck, but when I arrived at the family home on Huffman Rd, Asheville, I got stuck in mud. I called on e again and the truck sent out had a bed and the driver said he couldn't get close enough (in a back yard, with a full driveway). The Adams Office said the trick that would have been appropriate was nor available. aAAA left and we tries to tow or our ourselves, resulting in the truck slamming into the

~Cheryl S: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Cheryl S: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AAA's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Cheryl S: For that I would say one out of five.

~Cheryl S: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AAA to know who you are.
