~dj: Stated problem, AAA sends my billing to old address and seems unwilling to correct problem. This was my *th phone contact, they have stated AAA problem is in under-writing. Do not return telephone calls. I have been AAA Member for ** years. Will see if I receive return call. *It is very disturbing trying to deal with a organization that treats its customers in this manner.

~dj: For that I would say one out of five.
