~Nor Cal: Their ***-***-**** number kept hanging up as soon as it connected and said "thanks for calling aaa". This happened for over ** minutes until I tried their corporaten umber (***-...), which connected me to their dispatch, which immediately hung up on me.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AAA. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AAA problem?
~Nor Cal: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Nor Cal: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AAA's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Nor Cal: For that I would say two out of five.
