GetHuman-215189: This is the first call I've made in conjuction with your service and the results were outstanding. This morning I encountered a motorist with car trouble and called AAA. The first person asked if I was having problems on the Garden State Parkway. I said no and he hung up on me! The second call took more than six minutes toget threw the various menu items. I just called AAA to file a complaint and used your "trick" to get through the menu items. WORKED GREAT!
