GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's ABCMouse customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Noel623: If you purchase an annual subscription it will be set to automatically renew. ABCMouse.com does not send you a notification ahead of time to let you know that your subscription is about to be renewed. I have a lot on my mind and a lot of things happen over the course of a year, so having the date I began my subscription at the top of my list is a ridiculous notion. Also, ABCMouse.com refuses to give any sort of refund even if you cancel the very next day after your subscription is renewed. So, now I am paying for a full year of something my daughter no longer uses. This company could at least have the common courtesy of notifying its customers BEFORE the subscription is renewed instead of letting the customer find out when it appears on their credit card bill.

~Noel623: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Noel623: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about ABCMouse's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Noel623: For that I would say five out of five.

~Noel623: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for ABCMouse to know who you are.
