GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's ADT customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Ernesto: Called at ** am on ********Explained to the *st Adt rep of the false alarm. Transferred to another rep and asked to explain the problem . Was transferred to another rep and was asked to explain the problem. Then again transferred to another agent and was told that another rep would fix the problem . Then that rep said , it was another department who could fix the problem. That other department connected me again to another rep, she also said the same thing and said another department handled this technical problem. The other rep who picked up asked how can she help me, then advised it was a pulse issue and gave me the number to call. The person on the pulse office told me to call the defender office and gave me the number to call. The lady that answered said it was a technical issue and referred me to the technical department. The person in the technical department said they will send someone in * days but to hold the line and someone will confirm the schedule, after ** mins the per

~Ernesto: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ernesto: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about ADT's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ernesto: For that I would say three out of five.
