~loucee 32: I have been trying to get through for ** min. After about ** min a customer service rep answered didn't even try to help me and transferred my call. I am now waiting about ** min. I was considering reactivating an already existing system in our new home but now if this is what I have to go through every time I need help you can forget it. I am wasting my entire lunch hour, this is unacceptable. I have eveything beeping in my home and now a customer service rep answered and because I cannot activate it at this time they cannot help me. I will find a new company for a security system.
