GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's ADT customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-357631: I was not happy with the service from day one but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Our system started beeping and when I tried to call ADT on the phone, there was no dial tone. I called on my cell, and was told a service appointment would be scheduled for that day, between *-*. I took the day off from a very busy office and was there. At *:** I received a call stating they would not be able to make it out. LOVELY. No I am sorry or thought of the value of my time. I decided I did not want to do business with this company. I cancelled and they will receive a dollar a month for the next *** months to pay off the cancellation fee.
