~anonymous: After waiting to speak to a live person, the lady I spoke to was not only rude, but she wasn't helpful at all. I have * street light out of the **-** street lights on my road that work at all. It's a safety concern, a criminal activity concern, etc. No help whatsoever. It's not enough to raise our rates at their leisure, or charge crazy amounts with no explanation. My average bill never once exceeded $**. The month in which I had no power for over a week, June, my bill was $***. Why?
