~anonymous: I called to help a friend out by paying her bill anonymously . I wasnt able to because i have to have her ssn or account number . I think this is insane!you should be able to access an account by address and name and phone number . Youre going to the address to shut that stuff off anyway .

~anonymous: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AEP (OH)'s ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anonymous: For that I would say five out of five.
