~LyleAEP: On ********* about **:**pm I woke up to find the power was out in the bedroom. Upon investigating further I found that various parts of my house had power and others parts did not. No breakers had tripped.*I called AEP*€*s *-*** number to report the problem, they said the problem would be reported and someone would be out to investigate on their side. Very shortly I received a call from what I assume was the local AEP people. She asked me the problem, which I told her. She asked if I needed someone out here tonight or in the morning. I said I was concerned about having a hazardous condition and would like to have someone come out now. She said she would check to see if anybody was available. I asked if that meant someone would be out or not. She told me she didn*€*t know. Next I asked her if she could call me back to let me know if someone was coming. She said *€*if I get a chance*€*. End of conversation.*I called the *-*** number back. I told them of the response I got from the local

~LyleAEP: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~LyleAEP: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AEP (OH)'s ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~LyleAEP: For that I would say five out of five.
