GetHuman-327043: So here's the thing, moving out on my own I decided to set up my power account. After calling I discovered I had to pay a deductable. Strange, as I have a *** credit score and have never paid a deductable on anything. Ok so how can I get it waived. Get a guarentuer. Ok got one, my parents have two accounts with aep one in marion and one in portsmouth. Well aparently they eont work because both accounts happen to be in a diferent district than columbus. Ok but here's the thing I live in the middle of the two and from one to the other is four hours yet both the accounts are in the same district. Funny, guess districts skip *** miles where convenient. That's why monopolies are illegal.
