GetHuman-47576: I filed my first claim in Aug and it is now Oct and I am still waiting. No one can seem to get their story straight. I was told it would only take up to ** days. Well, I am far beyond the ** day mark and still no answer. My rep told me to call him back in ** hours and he would have the results, a week later he will not answer my call or return my call. I feel like I have wasted a lot of money paying into a faulty insurance.

GetHuman-47576: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-47576: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AFLAC's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-47576: For that I would say one out of five.
