~Still unhappy: Incredibly incompetent. Called to jump through hoops twice a year for * years now. They happily listen and give confirmation numbers but nothing happens. They still can't figure out why their own system can't access my life insurance policy so I can pay them! Multiple registered letters with copies of all documents. Advice? Next step is the state Attorney General, I suppose.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Still unhappy: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AFLAC's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Still unhappy: For that I would say one out of five.

~Still unhappy: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AFLAC to know who you are.
