~cflinch: To whom it May concern, since **.*.** , I have been trying to resolve this issue with a possible refund, Policy * *****. I discontinue your coverage but still had paid more than I was supposed to for * years*******I just called a little bit ago on the telephone and felt upset with the person, I spoke to*******its very up sitting that there was no question when payment was being taken out of my pay check, but now that a refund is in question , there is a issue*******

~cflinch: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AFLAC's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~cflinch: For that I would say five out of five.
