~NoCar: After ** days and ** telephone calls, my car still sits untouched in an auto body shop. The auto body shop has not done a thing to it because they are waiting for an estimate*authorization from GEICO or AIG. GEICO has walked away from this claim and is not providing any assistance. If they do, it will cost me a $*** deductible. AIG, who I am told is responsible for everything, is doing nothing because their adjuster, Mr. Ritchie Hall Jr. cannot get the facts of the accident, even though the police report was faxed to him on Feb. **, the day after the accident. In addition to the risk manager, Kevin Miller, from C-CARE, LLC admitted to causing the accident to the GEICO and AIG adjuster. Here we have two large insurance companies, a company who admitted to hitting a parked car, and an auto body shop that could have already fixed the car but can't because neither GEICO*AIG adjusters will provide authorization.
