~JP: You might be saving salary money by not having a number customers can call to their local store, but you're losing customers because they can't find a number to call when they want*need to ask a question. It took me ** minutes to find a corporate number online with a live person to talk to. Then she told me I couldn't call my local store. This is not exactly how customers want to do business.*I think you'd serve your profit line better by paying someone minimum wage to answer the phone and put your number in the phone book and easily accessible online. Good grief. This is how we do it, and like it, in America!
