GetHuman-242221: Wanted to cancel my moneyline as I do not utilise it. Was told to write in. Told her I have no time & I prefer to email. Was informed that I still have to write in & scan the letter to send via email. It is so inefficient & create alot of inconvenience for a customer. Send an email on **th May **** but til todate, there is no response via email nor call received.
