~Anonymous: AT&T said they would lower my bill $* & didn't. After waiting over a month for a line transfer & new services they fought me when I called to cancel. They said they couldn't help me and later that it was already done. It wasn't. When I finally got someone to cancel it, they hung up on me before giving a confirmation *. AT&T is to customer service was Hitler was to racial harmony. I hope they burn in ****.
