~Monroe: This number probably used to work, but now it just puts you into a maze of automated selections. I've been dealing with it for five minutes and have not yet gotten any help. It just takes you around in a circle. AT&T has so many repair and service sections now that they don't know what they're doing. And I have a business number!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T Business. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T Business problem?
~Monroe: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Monroe: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T Business's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Monroe: For that I would say one out of five.

~Monroe: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T Business to know who you are.
