~AnythingbutAT&T: AT&T Uverse is among America's worst companies. Impossible to reach a live person in ** minutes or less, an that's no accident. Once you do, it is usually a very nice Filipino. That person generally makes lots of promises about your account, and then a month later, you learn that none of it ever happened. Call back, repeat cycle. Then learn that "our system has no record of that," usually followed by "so sorry" and a special promotion. Repeat cycle. **Sad, because AT&T Wireless is great. AT&T Uverse has simply decided that its best to spend all money on marketing and nothing at all on service, which is horrid from top to bottom.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T U-Verse. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T U-Verse problem?
~AnythingbutAT&T: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~AnythingbutAT&T: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T U-Verse's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~AnythingbutAT&T: For that I would say four out of five.
